I was provided the link undpgovgrant.com to apply for a business grant. When I first went to the website it looked like a government page, I however failed to pay attention to the website as it did not end in .gov. They asked for all of my personal identifiying information, name, address, email address, photo of your ID both front and back, mother maiden name, city I was born in, banking account routing and account number. The information provided stated that the approval rate was based on credit and that is as funded by publish clearinghouse. They stated that they contact you within 24 hours. I received a text and email stating that I was approved however the email stated that the funds can only be delivered via cryptocurrency. That is when I knew this was a scam and they had gotten all of my personal information. I have never applied for a grant before so I did not think the information requested was out of the norm as I have applied for business loans before.
