Type of a scam Moving
Well I googled "change of address" and this site came up: https://www.unitedmailingchange.org/index.jsp
So I assumed it would be legit being on the top of search results.
I filled out my ex address and then my current/moved to address.
Then filled out my credit card info like normal. Everything looked normal. Until I got a text message on my smart phone, from my bank, indicating fraud detection enabled asking if the charge "89.95" was correct from this website.
A change of address will only cost 1.05 from USPS and you can do it on the website.
This should not cost 89.95.
Also if you look around on the website, it's clearly a fraudulent site with errors and lack of contact info/names.
My mistake for not being so vigilant, hopefully they don't do anything with my information: Old and new address, phone number, credit card number.
Please let me know if I should do anything else to protect myself.
