I was looking for a loan due to an emergency situation. I went online because my credit score wasn't good enough for me to qualify for a traditional loan from a bank. United Lending Services out of New York City called and said I was approved. They sent me papers to show me documents I had to fill out with a signature. They told me I had to pay $150.00 for insurance on the loan in case something happened to me during the loan activation. They had me draw the money from my account and put the 150.00 on goggle cards and give them the goggle number. I did that and they cut off communication afterwards. They said the money was in my account. It was not. They finally called me and said that to convert foreign currency into American money I had to pay an additional 200.00. I refused to do that. They told me that they would see what they can do and call me back. I am still waiting to hear from them. United Lending Services is a scam!

I can’t tell you how stupid I feel having fallen for this scam.

People in desperate financial need will do just about anything to find help, including not thinking before giving a company money to help them find loans when they could do this on their own.

I paid the required $75 two days ago and have yet to see anything, and I don’t expect I will.
