Man with thick foreign (Indian?) accent called my cell phone and asked for me by name. I replied "who's calling" he said "this is the United Grand States & we have a lawsuit against you" I could hear copious noise of other voices in background & knew immediately it was a scam & replied "I'm on a Do Not Call list & I can tell this is a solicitation by all the noise in the background, what do you want?

No American says "United Grand States!" And he hung up & I've since blocked the listed number

202-836-9725 that called me twice today
