I typed change of address into the Google search bar and the first one that came up looked exactly like the U.S.P.S change of address site and if I would have just read the top of the site I would've seen it said United instead of U.S.P.S. I lost $59.95 to United Mail Forward and didnt even get my address changed. After the I checked my credit card statement and seen I had been scammed I looked further into this website to learn they have no phone number, no address just a P.O box that for all I know is probably fake as well! Everyone out there needs to be aware of this site as it's a total scam!

Google searched how to place a mail forward when changing addresses and it was the first site that came up. In the definition it said for United States Mail forward. I have placed a mail forward before, and I knew that USPS uses your credit/debit card for $1 to verify that it is you, which is what the site said that it was going to do and then it charged $59.95 for verification and never even said how much the charge was going to be, only said it needed the card information to verify my account.

Falsely portrayed themselves as usps and instead of charging me $1.05, I was charged $59.95. Beware! This company is a complete scam and needs to be shut down. They also don’t have a phone number or email address listed anywhere to contact them to dispute the charge!

Did you get your money back?! I just did the same thing. It’s called Fast Address change and the url is unitedforwardmail.com. It’s looks like Ups when you go into it so please make sure you are on the site that charges you $1.05 and not $59.95. I’m so angry.

Typed down USPS mail change and came across this as the first link. I was preoccupied when trying to take care of changing my address as I had just moved today.

There was no indication about how much the services were. When it was too late, I had noticed that they were NOT USPS and I logged into my bank account to find that I had been charged $39.95!

Called my bank and cancelled my card.

The website says nothing about how much you will be charged. I assumed there would be a small convenience fee for forwarding my mail online, and it would inform me after entering my card info; however, that was not the case. I was immediately charged 39.95 after submitting my new address information.

I Googled address change and it was one of the first to pop up. Looked legit, official. Changed my address and gave card number though it didn't tell me how much. I thought that was strange and later looked at my bank account and was charged 40 dollars. The phone and email are unresponsive. The web site is a po box set up . I'm in fear for identity theft now. Also got several spam emails from similar looking companies.

Watch out especially if you are looking at this on your phone. The site has you go to directly change your address-looks like it is the United States Post Office... USPO charges $1 to have address changed and mail forwarded. This place charges $40...
