Booked this cruise with them in July 2022. I found a cheaper price thru Celebrity directly. Called United cruises and they reduced the fare 110% This was everything included- gratuities, drink package, Wi Fi and on board credit. When I called Celebrity they told me I only had WiFi package. Then called United cruises several times and said it was their error and would correct my cruise to be all inclusive. They never changed it. Called United again and they said they couldn't do it and my WiFi benefit was deleted. I have all the paperwork showing everything was included with the reduced fare. They changed this whole reservation without asking if I wanted this . Basically they told me that Celebrity raised their prices and their was nothing they could do about. This has taken several months with back and forth with United. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!

I have talked to several people and got different stories about a refund. Also when I canceled my cruise they did not tell me about the 100.00 extra they would be charging or else I would have booked for next year. They fail to tell you about options and to top it off I have to wait 2 months for a refund from the cruise line. I learned my lesson if your gonna book a cruise or straight to the cruise line. Using United Cruises is not a good option.

I booked two cabins, thinking that this was really a United company. My cruise was cancelled. I have spent six weeks calling and being put on hold for hours. Every time, I'm promised a refund. Yet, it hasn't happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is NOT United, it is a 3rd party company and will scam you out of money. The cruise line won't help as it was booked through "United" so I now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Company called to offer a promotion for a cruise to the Bahamas. They identified themselves as United Cruises and told me that in order to accept the offer all I had to do was pay the "Bahamas traveling fee" As soon as I asked them where they got my phone number they hung up.
