These people are disgusting. I went to do a change of address on what I thought was the USPS website and these people charged me $80 that I cannot get back. I even disputed with my bank and they won't give me my money back either. This type of thing has never happened to me before, I'm always usually so good about avoiding things like this. They asked for card info to verify my identity and I entered it BECAUSE I've been asked for things like that before from government agencies in order to verify my identity. Immediately after, I got a notification that my card was charged $79.95. I'm so upset about this. I cannot afford to lose $80 and these vile people don't care. This last year, with Covid, has been incredibly difficult. My household went from a 2 income household to a 1 income household and stayed that way for a year. I've tried reaching out to this company but, shocker, I got no response. There's literally nothing I can do about it now. That $80 is the difference between me keeping my power on for another month. What kind of company can do this to people?

This company is a scam. They make their website look like the USPS change your address site and charge your card for whatever amount they feel like once you fill out the information, in my case $79.95. If you read the fine print it says that they do not guarantee actually changing your address to be forwarded correctly. Beware! It's the first website that pops up in Google when you search for "change my address"
