The site sells a number of products at a discounted price. Everything from handbags to books. Back in October I purchased a large lot of books with a guaranteed delivery of 7-10 days and never received it. When I contacted them about it (several times) I was told not to worry that my purchase will ship out soon when the site stated it was already shipped. I also requested a tracking number several times and they’ve never been able to provide it and just keep saying “don’t worry, your shipment will arrive soon”.
