I ordered a Christmas gift from this company on 12/14/2018 and I have not received it and the phone number is a fraud. Nobody never answers and it is the same v-mail that says you have reached them after store hours and to call back between the store hours. I have only called during the supposing store hours. In addition, I have tried to contact them via email and I have not received a response. I would like my money back but I know I wont receive it because I have come to the realization that this is a scam. If you read other reviews, they are saying the exact same thing. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering but I didn't.
