I applied for an HR Manager position through a website called ZipRecruiters.com - the position stated it was based in San Jose, CA but temporarily remote. A few days later a "recruiter" reached out to me and provided a word document with interview questions, which I answered and returned. They did not ask for a SSN or any payment. A few days after I submitted this word document, I received an email stating that they have tried to call me multiple times and were not able to get in touch and for me to confirm if I was interested. I called the number in the email I had and the line was very vague - did not specify the organizations name. The call tree had an option for job opportunities, which I proceeded to follow and leave a message. I didn't hear anything for about a week. Today I received a job offer with an employment contract, without having spoken to anyone at all. A condition of employment is to temporarily relocate to London for 7 months which they won't reimburse until after I arrive, which seems fishy.

When I search the company out, I can't really find anything outside of the company link they provided me and even that website is very limited with information. When I google search each of the "executives" nothing comes up.
