Warning all Consumers,

I too ordered from this Uninss store to receive incorrect items. When I reached out for a return label/refund they said they can only do $5 refund and $10 store credit. What a joke.
I paid $56USD for this item. They said $50 is shipping, but yet on my invoice, only 9.99 was shipping.

They asked me for photos of the original packaging and photos of the dress sent. Clearly not correct. It wasn't just the wrong color, it was a completely different dress. Their response was "the design you received was one of our top sellers this year." Like I should be excited about it.

Then with apologies, they offer $9 and $12 store credits "for some great new fall fashions we have" and continue with comments about shipping being $50. I've looked into shipping costs and it is only $17 so I've told them I would gladly send the dress back, and do no wish to have any store credits, but I request again a full refund for their error and misrepresentation of a product...
No Reply.

I've included photos below of the green dress with low tie back that I ordered, along with photos of the black high back dress received.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

So I had found this website through Instagram - it was apparently a brand new online store and I decided to get 2 dresses on their sale. I also paid for 2 week shipping - I purchased on Oct 25th and did not receive it till Dec 10th and ALL of the items I got were wrong. I emailed the company's customer service to either reimburse me OR pay for my return shipping label. They took 3 days to respond and I even called their 1-800 company phone number but kept getting a voicemail???

Finally they emailed me back and said "we will give you only a 10% off coupon for your troubles" So I emailed them back demanding a full refund and it took them another few days to reply with " we can return 15% of the refund back to you, you can donate the clothes to a charity if you don't want them".

I now realize that I am dealing with fraud or scam account and I am terrified of my information and others are now being stolen by online4 criminals pretending to a clothing store!

I have picture of all email and documents, let me know who ever gets my case so that I can transfer those documents to you!

Their "company" address is a French address, their phone number is a California #, but they say that their warehouses are in china
