They are based overseas but have an address in the U.S. You purchase an item from them and they claim to ship it out with a tracking number that you can never find through the postal company, then after you wait the 10-15 business days for the item to be delivered, they claim the package has been lost. They have already charged your credit card and ask that you wait a few days before they can try to resend the package. The can never be contacted by phone, they only respond via email.
