This company called and said my wife of thirty years has an outstanding time share loan. The Unifin person was informed that we have never owned any time share and she kept coming back that maybe I should ask my wife, and that my wife may have done it without me. I asked repeatedly to have my name removed from any call list but she kept drilling me. I finally yelled at her and hung up. This is an obvious scam as we clearly own nothing and have no outstanding debt.

Please address this with Unifim and tell me what I need to do, up to and including filing formal charges against them.
