Computer call saying they were looking for me. Knew my name and I needed to call back asap or legal action would be taken. Second call I was to call back and asked is a number they called off was my ss# and another if it was my dob. It was not in both cases. Another called asked me to call back and said that 3 attempts would be made to deliver some sort of documents to me before further legal actions would be taken. My mother was also called at her home by similar numbers and one different number...all added above.

I keep getting calls the last few days from a guy located in Cary, NC that goes by MR. Taylor. He says hes with Unified Processing Services and is contacting me about a complaint that has been filed against me and needs immediate attention. He called me from 919-336-0017, when I call that number it just gives me a busy signal until I hang up. The number he left in his Voicemails is 888-416-7301. When I called back the second number, I decided to block both number and research more about them after they began to threaten me with getting arrested.

They have a Automated message call from a 919-336-0017 Then you are to call 888-416-7301. When you call they ask if you are the caller they used my maiden name then try and guess the last 4 of my SS #. I asked them over a month ago to send the documentation of a complaint filed against me , by registered mail. The male said the phone calls would not stop until I gave them info. I have not and still receive the calls and no paperwork has shown up yet. I hold a government license and have for over 14 years. If there was a complaint against me, in my maiden name they could have found me a lot sooner.

This is a PHONE SCAM! I had multiple calls from a 919 number originating in Cary, NC last week and then another from a supposed "Unified Processing Services" about a "complaint" lodged against me. When I called the 1-888 number back, it connected me to a "SCG Consulting" auto-answer and put me on hold. I reported this number and these fraudulent companies to the Federal Trade Commission online. Always, always, ALWAYS google a suspected scam number before you take it seriously.

saying they want to serve u papers on a debt call 888-416-7301 to resolve the matter, I didn't return call to resolve so they couldn't ask me personal info
