Fraudulent charges on my credit card

I was charged three different charges that were never authorized by the above web link and want to know if there's any way I can get my money back I've attached a copy of my credit card statement with the charges can you please help.

I got a weird call asking for my brother which mentioned something about a dispatch job service. It said he was being sued but provided no details. No mention of this being a collection call but wouldn't matter because my brother has no debts.

I get calls from this number 2 to 3 times a day they never identify the employer and avoid identifying if they are directly asked shoot a scripted speel and ask me for very sensitive information.

I received a call from someone with a sense of urgency telling me someone has served me

with some kind of legal notice and I needed to immediately call another number she was

going to provide me to get the details. I challenged her over and over accusing her of

committing a scam and she kept telling me it wasn't a scam and this was very important

and I needed to call immediately. I finally hung up on her and I did not receive any phone

calls from the number again...so far.

ScamPulse.com received an email from a consumer alerting us to a scam stating: "The American Chronic Pain Association has been alerted to phone calls that members of Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance companies are receiving from a suspicious telemarketing company asking for member identification information in order to ship free pain cream relief medication. These calls are not authorized or affiliated with the American Chronic Pain Association or any Blue Cross and Blue Shield company. This is a scam and health insurance policy holders are advised to not respond in any way or give out any personal information in response to these calls.
