My daughter order a perfume online on cloudcrate.co the cost would be around 5-6 dollars plus shipping and handling. As she goes thrue with the payment there’s is a box that says by checking this box I acknowledge the terms & service, it does not say anything about a vip membership unless you open the highlighted text. My daughter is 12 and thought she needed to check the box in order to get the perfume. She gets a confirmation email on the order of the perfume, nothing about now being a member. A month goes by and no product, that’s when we realize that there has been charges on my daughters bank card 2 additional times besides her order of the perfume. I contact the support thrue email trying to figure out what has happened. They confirm that she is a member, but she never received any emails regarding membership or how to cancel it or nothing. She has not gotten one email whatsoever from this company’ after the purchase, no newsletter saying she is a vip member, which to me is a red flag that makes it easier for them to get away with it before people notice the money being gone. As I Google search the website it also says that the will remind you 5 days before reccurring billing which my daughter has not got. The company just replies with they understand etc but once the transaction is made there will be no refunds but that they have now canceled her membership.

I want this website to refund the money. I am not the first one that had problems regarding the membership and monthly payments. I hope there is something you can do to prevent this from happening to others. Or at least get back to me in anyway of what more I might be able to do.
