The dentist offered in a LA Times ad the price of a dental implant at $750 for an individual implant. The ad shows a picture of the post, abutment, and crown next to the price. Before I was checked by the dentist I asked him if that price of $750 shown in the ad (I cut the ad out and brought it with me) was right, and he told me yes. Well, the next thing I know, the receptionist is telling me the price of an implant is $3000. I was upset that I drove from Gardena to Beverly Hills. I even called before I went there to validate that $750 price. I then told the assistant my dentist and another dentist I checked with quoted me a price of $2000 and $1000 respectively. I was about to leave and she told me she'll talk to the Dr. She said the Dr. will do each tooth for $1000. So, I just took that offer. Furthermore, the following week the Dr. is now showing another ad in the Times this week of an individual implant for $345.
