They reference a debit card in the mail they sent me. They tell me to call this number 8662952955 to receive benefits. The letter says that I am ineligible to receive benefits. It was a two page letter.

I had money taken out of my account supposedly for Unemployment Benefits. I don't get Unemployment benefits, I'm on disability. I had to close the account and open at another bank because the bank wouldn't take my account anymore because of the fraudulent activity. They called me and told me they would deposit money into my account to pay for taxes on a sweepstakes I had won.
