Do not use this website. I attempted to use this websites services and was scammed. They promised a 3 day free trial. They did not say anything about a word limit of 250 words. Once you put in your card info you a given then free trial. But as stated you can only put 250 words in or you’ve exceeded your word count for subscription and will have to pay. Well none of that was stated whenever you were signing up for this said “free” subscription. It literally says on the screen that you are given 10,000 but I guess with subscription they were trying to be fraudulent and turn 10,000 words into 250 word count. Attempted to try and get my money back as I ended up not even using the subscription. They told me they have a non refundable policy and that a special consideration request will have to be sent to their team. Not only will a request have to be sent but they were not trying to give me back my full $60. They try to say that I could receive a $50 refund and 10,000 word count. Do you guys see the lies in what these people are saying? Why wasn’t the 10,000 word count given out in the first place, it says it on you guys website? I told them no I would like a full refund as I do not see myself doing business with them and also because I NEVER USED THE SUBSCRIPTION. The first rep was very rude and passive aggressive, sending screenshots of what she thought was the company explaining the 250 word limit, well yeah that’s AFTER YOU SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION AND PUT YOUR CARD INFO IN. It’s very misleading to say you have a 3 day free trial but really it’s not 3 days it’s 250 word limit whichever comes first. Another rep sent me a message stating that my request will be sent to a team and it can take 2-5 days. Do not do business with this website’
