I ordered a crochet mystery box with a free yarn tension ring and ebook. I recieve the ebook but after a month the package was seized by the post office for fake postage

Looked like a legitimate website. I ordered a product to never receive it. I have tried for 6 months to call to no avail - the phone was previously always busy now it just doesn't exist (over 30 times) and emailed directly and through the contact form dozens of times with no response. I have the proof of emails. The money was taken off my card, I have tried to have it reversed and cannot get any assistance. This company is a fraud that never responds to ANY inquiries they just take your money.
