Purchased items from an ad on Facebook. The ad says that the company was Willow Tree - Sale. The receipt came up with Vikrasseth Limited, not Willow Tree. The account that I supposedly set up with Willow Tree is nonexistent and there is no order found with Willow Tree. I noticed nothing in the ordering that indicated that the items would not come from Willow Tree. I emailed [email protected] and they replied back with legit tracking, but the items were never really delivered.

i ordered from this company in October 23, it wasn't until later I saw the posting from the ScamPulse.com how do I get my funds back?
