My business account for local advertising with Terraboost Media was paid in full and the account was closed in October 2024. Last week on January 17th, 2025, Terraboost Media attempted to charge me $995 for absolutely no reason and thankfully the charge to my credit card was denied. I called and spoke with them as I was concerned and angry that they'd try to bill me $995 for no reason as my account was paid in full and closed last year. I did successfully get them on the phone, they confirmed that they did in fact try to bill me $995 for no reason, they assured me it wouldn't happen again, but they absolutely refused to remove my information from their system. Today, Terraboost attempted to bill me AGAIN for $995 for no reason (I don't have a current agreement with them to provide any services and my advertising agreement with them ended in October 2024, as stated above.). Their repeated attempts commit credit card fraud against me must stop immediately and I will be reporting their activity as such to my credit card company.
