I ordered a smoke detector, at a price that was substantially less than market. I got an order confirmation. Then I got an email saying order was pending receipt of payment....even though I know I provided it. I reached out via email and they said it was a Technical Glitch and that as soon as they got it resolved my order would be shipped. I forgot about it. I re ordered same item about two weeks later.....and got same results. Tried to call and phone was always busy. So I re ordered a third time, using a different credit card, thinking I might have had a problem with MY card......Same response. I did a CHAT and they said there is a Technical Glitch and I could not get an answer as to when glitch would be fixed. No good response. 1. How can any legit business stay in business if they cannot take credit cards on line? 2. A day or two later my Citi card had a charge of about $650 to purchase a plane ticket through American Airlines.

I do not believe they ever had any intention of selling a product......simply gathering credit card and billing info........
