Same as previously reported - you think you are ordering a free bottle and paying for shipping and you click on “continue” and they process an order for 5 bottles for $199. After receiving the confirmation email, called immediately and ultimately was asked to leave a message as no one answered. Then emailed directly and never got any response till they shipped the product. Refused the shipment on the advice of my CC company and 10 days later they send me an email subtly threatening me but offering me a $100 credit.
