The company sells a cell phone monitoring software. Was paid for in full for a 1 years subscription. The service was not doing what it claimed it would do. I had multiple (10+) conversations with the technical support and nothing would make the software work correctly, I kept getting the same run around about everything appears to be working fine to give it 24 hours and see if It starts working correctly. The company offers a 14 day money back guarantee. They were contact multiple times about a refund and finally I was able to get a response, but they will only give me either 1 free month or a 50% refund on a year long subscription the wasn’t used but 14 days. They have since quit responding to my emails and are not offering any support and will not back up their 14 day guarantee as they stated they had when purchased.
