Fake ammo sales

I found ultrammoexpress advertising that they had 38s&w ammo. It's very rare so I emailed and asked if they really had the ammo. They responded with "make your order and you'll be delivered". Seemed like an odd response but I ordered anyway. They have a minimum $300 order and a $40 flat rate shipping and I still went ahead. That's when I got the e-mail asking to pay with PayPal and use "friends and family" option! No refunds that way. They also asked me to send the money to an email address that they previously hadn't used.
That's when I researched the address and the map points to the middle of a lake and the phone number is not listed anywhere but on their site and just rings with no answer.
