Ultra X Boost Keto Reports & Reviews (1)

I made a payment of $7 to “Advanced Solutions” from OR, on April 8th for a one time purchase of a health supplement. When I placed the order I was told I would get a confirmation mail, yet never received anything. I received my supplement but it looked different than described. A month later I had a charge of $120 show up on my account from the same company. I couldn’t find any information on Advanced Solutions online. However, I was able to receive the phone number because it was listed on the credit charge through Bank of America. I called the number to correct the mistake for a charge I never made and was surprised to reach a company called Ultra X Boost. They informed me that my trial period had ended and the next bottle of supplement costed $120 that was automatically renewed. I explained that I had never even heard of the company and definitely did not sign up for any sort of subscription. I then looking at my ordered supplements and noticed a small “Ultra X Boost” label hidden. I realized that’s why the bottle looked different than it did In the original description picture. I had been scammed by a different company, claiming to be Kylie jenners product line. I immediately demanded a refund and was told it was not possible because of the terms of the agreement that they claimed to have sent me after my purchase. I checked and they had my correct email on file, but somehow I had never received anything from them. I told her to send me an email right then to prove it. She claimed to have sent it 3 times but it never showed up in any of my mailboxes or junk mail folders. I then asked what email address she was using to send it and was told she was not allowed to disclose that information as well as her company LLC and URL... After an hour of arguing with the supervisor and relentlessly researching the company, I realized I was dealing with a case of fraud. The company does not exist. I told her that I was going to the police and then she was suddenly able to issue a full refund. At that point, She said she gave me what I wanted and would not give me any further information about the company, then hung up on me. I spoke with multiple employees at the company who all hung up once I started digging for answers. The last person I talked to claimed to be the supervisor and was hard to understand but her name was something like “ Colandro”. Before I threatened to report her, She told me that she was located in Saint Petersburg, Florida. But my bank statement stated that the charge came from Oregon. This fraud company is pretending to be a trademark of Compound Solutions, Inc. However, after more research, is not found to be correlated with them in any way. The website listed on the bottle does not exist. Although I was able to receive my refund, I know there have been many before me that did not and I feel responsible for speaking up for everyone. Please help put a stop to this scam.
