This company charged us for 2 separate charges in 1 day and I only received an invoice for 1 charge. They won't refund the 2nd charge although it was not authorized. They set you up with a subscription as well without telling you. They are unable to clearly state what their charges are for and when you ask for a manager, they keep talking in circles to not get you to a manager. Still waiting on hold for a manager...

This company has a wheel to spin to get a discount… I spun FREE and when I entered my Credit card was told us was invalid. The charge for 199.88 was notified to me and I did not order anything. The service rep when I called said they do not sell anything for Free.

My bank has said the charge has been refunded… but they did say I would get the bottle for free just shipping costs and they are rebuffing.
