I ordered shoes from ultimdeals / pix media April 22, 2020 on Facebook. The shoes never came. Sent 6 or 7 emails to them. All they tell me is that they are coming. Then they tell me the order is sitting in Ontario, ca April 28, 2020, now it is 06/16/2020. No shoes!
Then i contact pay pal with my problem, emailed all the responses to PayPal. All these [censored]s tell me is, for quick resolution to your problem is contact seller. It looks PayPal is helping these scammers get your money. All my emails to ultimdeals/pix media were answered their head scammer Claudia Dunn, [email protected]

I bought a pair of shoes from this company I found on Facebook way back end of Feb 2019, they still have not arrived. They were suppose to come from China & there has been no movement since April 13th 2020. I have contacted them numerous times & the same (lady?) always replys back saying there in transit & cannot refund me. She said if I don't receive them, then Ill get refunded. Ive been waiting since Feb 2019! I am lacking hours at work due to pandemic & could really use that money! My email is [email protected] I hope something can be done!

They offer a variety of products, and have promotional ads on several social media sites. The orders never arrive, and when the company is reached out to, they give a fake tracking number and give the customer the run around. When they are continued to be questioned about refunds or status of the orders place they become very rude and unprofessional. They refuse any kind of refund, even when the purchased product never arrives.

Same has everybody else. Paid good money and now I will be turning then in to my bank. SCAM CITY! My credit card company will get the money back.
I ordered two pairs of shoes from an ad on Facebook. I researched the company and saw a California address for company. I checked reviews at the time and posts from people loved the shoes. After ordering, I received an email that showed the shoes were being shipped and I got a tracking number. I waited 14 days no shoes. The tracking info showed a bunch of spots in China. Last post on March 15 showed my package was at an airport. No more info. I

I still haven't received the shoes I ordered on April 20, 2020. The tracking number they provided is useless.
I've contacted customer service and the emails are lame. They assure me that my order has been shipped and to" pay more patient ". Poor grammar was my first clue that this was a scam. So I'm out $40.00. This is the third time I've been scammed by are on Facebook. Shame on me.

I saw the ad on Facebook. I ordered two pairs of shoes. This was on April 5, 2020. On April 12th I received an email that my order was in transit and was given a tracking number. I was told it would take 1-3 weeks for my order to be delivered. I have sent multiple emails to the customer support email inquiring where my order is. I keep getting the same type of canned response that deliveries are slow because of the virus. I contacted the USPS with the tracking number and they told me that they never received a package. This company is a scam.

Then you tell them it hasn't moved since you ordered. They tell you that they will ask them to update the status. You always get emails from the same person Claudia Dunn.

I saw an ad on Facebook for Ultimdeals. I ordered two pair of shoes for a total of $69.50 which included shipping on April 16, 2020. The site said it could take 1 - 3 weeks due to high demand. On May 3, 2020 I got an email stating my order was in transit and they gave me a tracking number. On May 8, 2020 I sent them an email asking if they could tell me where my order was, because the tracking number showed that the electronic shipping info was received on April 23, 2020 in Ontario, Canada 91761. There have been NO updates since then. Ultimdeals responded by telling me that my order was on the way and to keep checking the tracking number. I have checked it 10 times. I have sent them several emails stating that I want a refund!!! There is NO address, NO phone number to call and their emails seem to be automated. I sent another email to Ultimdeals on May 11, 2020 and all I got was an email telling me to please be patient during this hard time. DO NOT ORDER FROM ULTIMDEALS!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

I saw an ad on Facebook to purchase some shoes from this company. I purchased them on 3/24/2020. I received a confirmation and was given a delivery date of 10 to 17 days in their advertisement, but the confirmation stated that due to high demand it would take up to 3 weeks. With shipping and insurance the order came to $39.65. On 4/09/2020 I sent Ultimdeals an e-mail to check on the status of the order and stated that I had not received it. On 4/14/2020 I sent a second e-mail to ask about when I could expect delivery. on 4/19/2020 I received a response stating that a USPS tracking number had been created on 3/31/2020. I called the USPS and according to the USPS the tracking number was created but the product was never sent to the Cranbury, NJ office. As of 4/30/2020 I have not received these shoes. I called my credit card company today (4/30/2020) to let them know that I never received the shoes and suspected that this was fraudulent.
