I put pic of dog i got the day before that slipped out of harness and took off on Facebook. I was contacted by Ultimate Pet Rescue Experts they could get my dog back for a fee but had to be paid by paypal. I checked Facebook and google and did not see anything to tell me it was a scam but after i sent money, several people on Facebook said they thought it was a scam. I sent them a message right away when I found the dog and was told I wouldn't get a refund since i never used them. They didnt send, so i contacted them again for refund and was told Friday or Monday. Today, i tried to message them with one more request and message cant be sent. I told them Thursday if i didnt get refund, i would report to Facebook and to BBB.
