Searching for a breeder of poodles on line, found this website which seemed so legitimate. Paid 500.00 for a puppy, Zelled money to a so called breeder, also had this breeder email address which apparently is fake now that I realize never answered my message. This website has an online chat which they answered questions during the process very promptly. We were contacted day that puppy was to arrive, with a request to purchase insurance before puppy could come, for 900.00. Name of insurance company was fake and so we requested to cancel puppy and was told money would be returned in 3-5 business days. Today attempted to contact the customer service person or fake person to check up on the refund. Only way to do so was to fill out another form of interest in a puppy, still no answer.

I did not due enough checking on this which I regret. We will try to get money back through bank.
