I put a $175 deposit on a birthday party package for my son and was contacted today by an employee saying that they were notified that the store is being shut down and that employees can no longer access the system in order to issue refunds. The employee said he only has the owners first name, which is Patrick, and the only contact info he has for him via a messaging app they use at work.
