Order # **** was place on 12/22/22 and paid extra for 2nd day FedEx delivery. Total amount of $155.00. Order has NOT been received now that it has been 8 working days. and a new carrier called Systroop Logistics is requesting another $100 for "insurance" before delivery can be made. I have requested a refund from both vendor and carrier for the past 5 days and nether are responding.

Looking at their site, the whisky prices are very low, too low in fact. When placing an order, I was given details for a bank transfer. To a bank in West Africa! That information was enough to realize that these people have no intention of shipping anything.

Ho acquistato una bottiglia di whisky glenallike.il costo era 260 euro più 45 euro per la spedizione.
Ho pagato tutto con bonifico bancario
305 euro.
Dopo alcuni giorni mi chiedono di fare un ulteriore bonifico bancario di 150 euro per l, assicurazione.
La compagnia di assicurazione è Systroop
Ho risposto che era tutto compreso nel contratto
Non mi rispondono più.
Sono proprio dei truffatori.
Come fare per avere indietro i miei soldi, visto che il pacco non me lo spediscono?.

It's 100% scammer. It shouldn't on the Google list and made people lost lots of money.
I spent $1200 and then they told me to pay $500 more for insurance before delivery. Totally scammer. I believe they will tell me to pay more and more money for many ridiculous reason.

I bought a bottle of Springback at Ultimate Liquor but it never arrived. They always asked me to pay for insurance, some stamps, covid19 certificate, etc. all refundable, but never showed up. FRAUD

The red flags are there - it’s so easy to see they are scammers
Example look at the prices of scotch whisky Springbank, is so ridiculously low that’s it’s impossible to sell at this price at retail
Red flag - try adding several in your cart even when it’s so limited it’s easy to add 3-6 without any alert
Red flag - payment, only allows bitcoin or some other ridiculous method, no MasterCard/ Visa card
Redflag - These bunch of halfwits know nothing about the whisky instead have copied and paste some information that’s irrelevant.
Red Flag - They say they can post outside of USA , export laws / duties / tax does not permit alcohol to be exported outside without special licenses etc, so hardly any retailer will ship outside of US

I shipping on ultimateliquorshop.com bought two whiskys. Payment link send by the buyer. https://flutterwave.com/pay/lwssu121. Buyer told can pay by debit caed. But i try it didnt work. So buyer suggest paypal. Account: [email protected]. I paid.
After few days, got a email with the order details send by [email protected]. At 24/2/22 1:14. Then at 1:22 receive [email protected] email. It told me pay for the REFUNDBLE INSURANCE. Paypal account same as the shopping paypal account. On facebook page, i saw many people been cheat money.

We have bought one bottle, paid for it and for the shippment. Then we were informed by Amo that shipment will not be contuinued until refundable insurance fee of 100$ will be paid. For me it was weird so I contacted shop and they said it is required to ship product. I was shocked but I have never bought products in US so i thought that maybe it could be a standard procedure in US. Few days later we have received another info to pay 50$ for stamps... I contacted company via chatbox, they said they were busy and i should contact them through email...
Please do sth with them, I would like to have my 340$ back...

Total Scam. To all the have tried calling with no luck, through my process of trying to confirm my order, they started asking me to use other payment methods besides Venmo. Because of the back and forth then finding this site, I realized they were not legit so I started playing along with their requests so see what additional information I could get. Through the back and forth, they started sending contacting me different ways so I hope this helps others. Google phone: 323-686-2030, Craig Robertson, [email protected], [email protected], Martin was a name used once also.

Their website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc and I plan to contact them and ask they remove their site. Nothing negative about Cloudflare is intended or implied.
If you get an email from AMO Logistics, it is also a scam. Once my order was “confirmed” I got an email from AMO asking for more money to insure the shipping. I have notified Venmo and because I did my transaction as Goods & Services, I can do a claim and I plan to file a complaint and will be referencing back to this site and all the other complaints.

I was going to buy some bourbon from this site and none of the details / descriptions were adding up or making sense. I used their live chat feature to inquire and they gave me a bogus answer that didn't make any sense. I also called them out as being scammers by linking to this site and they didn't even reply!

Had me zelle shaniece. Never heard from them again. Tried to call my bank and told me that there is nithing they can do. They need to go to jail.

Same as the other posts on this site, I purchased bottles of JD Coy Hill and never received. I purchased via Venmo. I received an email several weeks later stating my order had been processed but that was 6 weeks ago and I've heard nothing else and have not received my order. I've tried reaching out via email, chat, and phone and nothing. The phone number listed on the website is not a working number. I'm now trying to file a formal complaint with the CA Attorney General office.

I tried buying 4 bottles of jack daniels coy hill bottles which all together was about $500 they said that they can't take any credit card payments. They gave alternative payment options zelle venmo and cash app. So I sent my payment through Zelle in hopes to get my product but unbeknownst to me I got robbed of my 500 and didn't receive any of the bottles I ordered.

Hi, everyone
Unfortunately I also ordered something from Ultimate Liquor Shop.
They even wrote that they can send to Switzerland with the appropriate fees. After I asked if I can pay by credit card, they gave me a connection.
Until I paid for it, they wrote me back again and again and again after the payment. Since then I have written three times in a month and heard nothing. Just seems like a scam. Disgusting :-(

This website claims to sell alcohol. On the page to purchase it claims their means of payment are down and you need to Venmo the money to @Elizabeth-Daly-33. They will hound you initially to prove you have sent the money and you will never hear from them again. IF you are lucky enough to, they ask for your patience and never return to you. I'm posting this in hopes that you don't get swindled like I did by these people.
