These people took a large amount of money from me, then expected more to ship puppy. Come to find out they was a fraud, I lost a large amount of money. So if u see ulti pugs online stay away it's fake n fraud.

Horrible experience. My son, my husband and I were so excited with the idea of having new dog in our family and thank God we do not use Zelle(not Zelle's fault), otherwise we would have been scammed.
When the Costumer Service person was told we do not use Zelle he went crazy and got very rude. That is when we found out that something was wrong... Yes, it is a big scam!

Ulti Pugs is a complete scam. Do not trust them.
They will try to steal your money through Zelle.
The person who claims to be from costumer service is extremely rude when you mention you don't use Zelle. Now I know why... it is because it is A BIG SCAM!

I went to the website purchase a puppy they send they offer pickup or they could deliver. I told them I was located in a different state and they said no problem but a shipment charge would apply. Then they told me ones I give the deposit and pay the shipping cost they would send me the puppy. They ask for me to Zelle the money which I did think they are small business and didn’t think it was scam. I sent the money never heard from them again and never received a puppy.
