I purchased several Ulti-Charge devices and wireless charger and they did not work as described. I went through so much trouble to get my money back even though they claim to offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on their website. First, they only wanted to give me 75% back of what I paid, then they opted up to 85%. I want a FULL REFUND. I sent the items back and they were delivered at the returns address on May 22, 2023. They did not contact me about the returned items and I had to call them AGAIN asking about my refund. I had to get escalated to a Supervisor before my refund would be processed. Again, I want ALL of my money back. They owe me $15.99. Thank you.
