Purchased a puppy on line Wed from breeder in Denver CO for 800 and was told that he was on the uline carrier. Sent to Nebraska. I was emailed and told that his crate was not good and he needed a new one for 700 which is refundable. Then he was shipped to cleveland ohio and I was again emailed again and told he needs more insurance in the total of 1200 which is refundable. Then I ask if I could just pick up the puppy. I was told no. I asked for a puc of the puppy to see if he was ok after spending 3 days in a crate at airports. No photos were given of the puppy just of an empty crate. I have a friend that owned a logistics company and she told me that animals should never be shipped with multiple stops. They should always be shipped one stop or two at the most or even in a van since it is only a 6lb dog.

My husband wanted to purchase a miniature bull terrier like the person above they only accepted cashapp and Zelle payments. Against my better judgment we sent Bradley Mau @ [email protected]. Zelle name [email protected]. They sent us information and a tracking number however. The miniature terrier never arrived. They sent photos and pictures of the pup, anxious to purchase this pup for my sons I ignored the red flags.

I tried to purchase a puppy online from a site called Honey Grove Beagles located in Lubbock, Texas. They said they use an independent pet carrier called Uline Freight Logistics to ship the puppies. They said to pay $800 using Cash App. We asked if we could pay with a credit card and they said no. During the shipment process, Uline Freight Logistics contacted me saying I need to send a payment for a special traveling crate, an expense not previously discussed. They also wanted me to pay with Cash App. When I asked if I could pay with credit card, they said no but we could pay with Zelle. They sent me several emails. At this point, I decided I did not want to do anymore money transactions this way. I tried to call Honey Grove Beagles asking for a refund for the initial payment and they have not answered.

The scammer for Honey Grove Beagles had an accent that made him difficult to understand. The emails exchanged contained grammatical errors. They were very forthcoming with information regarding the puppy and sent pictures and videos. The website looked legitimate at first and contained a lot of information about the puppies. Upon closer look, the images appear to be stock and the website had little information about their actual business.
