Type of a scam Online Purchase
I reached out to the company and they said they would send another one. I asked for a refund and I would be happy to send the damaged screen back.
The representative's English was very broken and he said he would send another. I again, said I wanted a refund and never heard back from anyone.
A week later I reached out in a new email thread where the same thing happened with another representative!
Their website clearly states full refunds are provided and no one has answered the total of 8 emails I followed-up with.
