I ordered a hand massager from this company I believe in June By July 1st, I still had not received it. I contacted the company through customer service email and was told the shipment would go out soon. I did finally receive it mid July, but when I tried it out, it basically almost crushed my hand. I immediately applied for an RMA number which I received after jumping through a bunch of hoops, including taking pictures of my item and uploading them to their return form. I was told I would receive a return shipping label that would deduct $20.00 off my refund in order to return it once my return was approved. As of this date, I have not received a return label, despite contacting the company more that once. When I contacted them most recently by email, I was told my claim was updated. I responded that if I had not received the label by August 31st, I would report them to the BBB.
