I ordered a suitcase online and never got it. When I disputed it with my bank, they sent my bank verification of the delivery. I got proof from the USPS that the tracking number they gave my bank was not sent to my house and was not under my name. Also the package only weighed 2 pounds, I ordered a suitcase and a small accessory case with it and no way it only weighed 2 pounds. I am attaching the information from the Post Office and my email correspondence with the company.
