Ordered a product from this website weeks ago. Seemed legit. A number of reviews. Their policy says when the item ships you will get a notification with tracking info.

It shows shipped but still no tracking info.

I tried contacting the company on multiple occasions (the only contact info is their email address). No reply at all.

Their refund policy says no refunds if shipped. My item says shipped but i cannot prove that since its been in shipped status for weeks without any tracking info.

Since they wont respond to requests for tracking info (or any info at all) i have to assume they are fraudulent.
