I was gifted platform boots from this website claiming to represent “UGG Australia.” When redirected to the US page, the UGG logo disappears making it seem like it is a distributor for the boots. When looking at item photos, you are only able to view one angle where the logo for the shoe is not visible. The person who purchased the boots does not want to pursue a refund as they now do not feel comfortable with the site. They searched “ugg Australia” and the site load as “uggaustralia.com.au” which led them to believe it was an official site. Upon finding out that the boots are not official UGG boots I went to the “contact us” tab on their website. Here they provided a company name, address and contact info:

The company name is stated as UGG Australia further perpetuating that this site is official and legitimate.
