Left messages as I didnt answer, made it sound like they were a collection agency as they said "our client". They did not include the usual disclaimer as collection agency's are required according to FDCPA.

UCRB, Miss Rush left a voice mail on my cell phone telling me my daughter had a Defaulted Arbitration and that I should contact her to arrange for payment of the defaulted amount. She had the last four digits of my daughter's SSN. I Googled "UCRB" and determined that it was an ongoing scam.

This company calls my cell phone several times a day as well as my family members. I'm not sure what they are doing but when I ask for their address or supervisor they hang up the phone.
