I was expecting to receive what I paid for. I paid money and received absolutely nothing. USPS website shows item was delivered. However, when checked with our mail person, she confirmed seller tampered with USPS system and used a tracking # assigned to a complete different item shipped to a complete different address. I paid for the guitar and due to seller tampering with USPS system and accessing someone else's tracking # and using it as his own he created a bogus delivery. Item under that tracking # 9400108205497992091393 was, in reality (as confirmed by our mail person) a size of a shoe box and delivered to a completely different address. Please help me to resolve this one so I can get my money back.

All of our company's product pictures and reviews are stolen by this scam website. This company(Ubuy) has copied and stolen our company images and product reviews, and is selling fake products.This scam site is discovered on goggle shopping site which blocking our company sale directly. In the end, the disadvantages to the consumers and the company image are being damaged, so please stop the current site as soon as possible. Please let us know what we can do.
