A man called saying that my husband owes a cash advance place money. My husband informed them that we paid that bill and have proof, the man on the phone started to yell at my husband, stating that he would see us in court and would not let my husband send the proof of the paid bill. I then called and asked for a supervisor and when she got on the phone she said that I needed to do what I need to do and she'll "handle her employee". I started asking questions about the business (where it is located, why are there no supervisors available, etc.) She hung up on me and when I called back I was threatened with harassment charges for bothering them with my questions.
