I tried to renew my Colorado Driver License online and thought I did. I was charged 19.99 and then $2 and thought I had done it well in advance. When I didn't receive anything for a month I went to the DMV to confirm and they said I had not renewed it.

I called the number on my bank statement and asked what the charges were for, and they said it was for a pamphlet on how to renew my drivers license. Obviously a scam for people who have never renewed before online (like me) and the website obviously looked very much like a government website.

Please call the number I provided and ask them about it. Thanks.
