I was called by a man on Nov. 4, 2015 at 3:00 PM and he said he was from California. He offered a loan for $5000 but I had to wire $371 via Western Union and he gave me an address. I refused to send the money.

I received several calls from U Star Cash. Supposed to be located in TX. The Loan was to be for about 3500 dollars, wanted me to send them about 900 dollars.
