I think its multiple scams from purchasing a puppy and having it shipped. the breeder and shipper is the same or connected. the purchaser has no knowledge of what shipping company is being used and or any fees or additional cost..the email with the cost comes after the breeder get paid the money that was agree upon for shipping. Now their a insurance fee that at 1st is only 90% refundable and then you are told 100% after you receive this email. you entrust and you re already into the breeder for 200. then this happens for the 450.00 and I explained I couldn't afford it and they gave me a discount of 200, so I only have to pay 250.00. then I do it and pay thru zelle to a personal gmail, because you believe .
