Scammer told me I won $1.5 million, and gave me my claim number, and instructed me to call 509-643-4011 for further instructions to collect my winnings, which I did not do.

I was called on the 17th and 24th of August 2017. I missed both calls but was given a phone number (360-369-4035) to call concerning a tax fraud enforcement against me. The caller did not give a name but said they were from the US Treasury. They said I was to call the above number to resolve the issue before an arrest and tax fraud enforcement was made against me. Thank You *** ***  You can contact me at *** if you have any questions about these calls.

Call received on 3/9/15 from 518-800-8376. It was a recording which stated the person's name (male) and that he was calling regarding an issue with the United States Treasury Department. He gave a number to call back and said that ignoring this would be a violation or offense. (I was driving at the time, so I could not write down the call back number or his name.)

Call from: +1 (876) 501-6925. Stating that he was from the treasury and had a check for me. He wanted bank account information so he could deposit the check.

A man called and left voice mail that he was David Gray and I needed to contact him about some broblem with the U S TREASURY AND to call back at this #551-497-4103 as soon as possible before I am summoned to court

Received calls October 7, 8 & 9th and they would call two or three times a day, leaving message on answering machine. The caller stated to be Steve Martin with the U S Treasury. In order to avoid and federal criminal offences I needed to respond to them and threatened a  warrant. Phone number 205-558-0678.

I received call today on my answering machine. The caller was David Greg and the Phone number was 206-466-4847. Said they were the Enforcement Action of the US Treasury and that they could help me so I would not have to go before jury for a criminal offence. They wanted me to call the number back, but I didn't.
