The person I talked with said I established a support subscription/membership with this company 2 years ago!? Today the membership expires, and they will automatically process my next payment on May 2, 2019. I did call the number and got somebody speaking in a dialect from India. He instructed me to get to my computer and get my cancellation information and number. I told him I no longer have the computer and that I just wanted to cancel! He hung up after saying something harsh! There was a lot of noise in the background of several other people talking and doing the same thing, trying to get others to renew or start a membership. I do remember getting the fake Microsoft support call two years ago. If I do have a membership I just want to make sure it is not connected to my business account or any of my present credit card information. Is that possible to find out?
