I ordered a dog bed that has never been received but the money was taken from account and I have tried to contact them with no response so this a scam DON'T FALL FOR IT!

I ordered a dog bed shortly before Christmas and I have had the same experiences as the other people on here. Now when I see the dog bed on my FB and people are commenting..I let each person know it's a scam.

Never received the dog bed. Should of knew it was too good to be true. I wish people would find something better to fo than scam people. I would love to get my money back but not sure it's possible. I'm going yo try to call my bank to see if there's anything they can do to help. Picture is attached.

I ordered 2 dog beds. The money came out of my account the same day. They were ordered on January 13 th. It is now February 18 the. I messaged them 3 times with no response. Order # 2586

Ordered a Dog Bed.Money immediately came out of my account. I did get an email confirming my order. After a week, item still had not been shipped so I emailed them to ask why it hadnt been shipped ? I received an email back from someone's personal email telling me it would be shipped in 2 days, well 2 days came and went and when I go to "Track Package" the page does not exist. Numerous emails have been sent (this is the only way you can contact them)...and you guessed it...No Response. Do NOT order from this company...I am sure its a scam.
I did get one reply..that appeared to be from a personal email address...No Company Logo...from [email protected] was the person who said my order would be shipped in 2 days...written in poor English...HUGE RED FLAG RIGHT THERE ! Carmen Walker has since deleted his email account...Damn, I should have know betterr !

Have ordered a dog bed.. apparently Christmas special and only 50 dog beds were left. All I had to do was pay for shipping! . As soon as I ordered I got an email saying my Waybill tracking number will be sent within a week.. it's been a week . Now when I try to msg the email it says email bounced back and cannot be sent! . I go to the store online and it had completely changed! To a weird clothes store now.. .
I have messeged them on thier Facebook page no reply.. I have sent a msg to thier support team no reply! .
Absolutely a scam! Not happy at all! . Very very very angry at this stupid site and money hungry scammers! .
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! .
I shouldve known better as only 19 people like thier Facebook page make that 18 people now! Bloody frauds

I placed an order for a sand art piece on 12/16/21 through a Facebook ad. The order should have arrived within 15 business days. It still has not arrived and I can't get them to send any shipping or expected shipping updates. Al emails I have sent has only led to two responses and that was that they would look into this immediately and get back to me. That has not happened. I believe this to be a scam. DO NOT ORDER from Tyrresa.com. I have contacted my bank to reverse the charge for the item, bjut I am still upset over the fact that they can post items on FB that they have no intention of delivering! I would not mind waiting for a product I order, but the ;ack of communication, tells me this is a scam.

Definately a scam! .
I go on to thier shop page and it has all changed to a clothes store now..
And they only have 19 people on thier Facebook page so not very popular I should of known by all these dead give-aways :( .
